Project Description
New sports centre / youth centre /creche and offices for Bancroft Estate to be built along an old access road bordering the estate and sited up against a raised railway line. The scheme is being worked up with Urban Mangement who develop shipping containers into habitable spaces. They will provide microflats for key worker housing. Containers will also be used for the sides of the Centre with a steel roof spanning between to form the hall.
